What types of flavoured crush filters do you offer?

We provide selection of flavored crush filters, including popular options such as Blue Ice - Ice Mint and Purple Haze - Blueberry Spearmint which are the strongest in flavour. Additionally, we offer Pink Panther - Watermelon and Green Viper - Spearmint which are a less intense flavour. 

How do I use flavoured crush filters?

To use our flavoured crush filters, take out 1 filter from the filter sleeve (there are 6 individual filters in one filter stick) gently crush the ball in the centre of the filter to release the flavour. Simply insert the filter into your Easy Air device where you would screw the mouth piece on.  This process enhances the overall smoking or vaping substitute experience by adding a refreshing twist to the air you breathe in.

What is the composition of flavoured crush filters?

The filters contain food grade ingredients in the flavoured crush ball which sits inside the centre of the filter. As the flavour is not being heated by an electronic device or battery, there is no chemical liquid vapor, or smoke from a burning cigarette going directly into your lungs. The filters mostly create a sense of taste and flavour in your mouth to make your transition from vaping or smoking to your Easy Air device a lot more pleasurable.

Ingredients are:

Watermelon: Filter flavour composition: medium chain triglyceride (food grade); watermelon flavour (food additive grade) l-menthol (food additive grade) (JAPAN) This product does NOT contain any of the following: Nicotine, tar, batteries, smoke.

Blueberry Spearmint: Filter flavour composition: medium chain triglyceride (food grade); grape & berry flavour (food additive grade) l-menthol (food additive grade); spearmint falvour (food additive grade) (JAPAN) This product does NOT contain any of the following: Nicotine, tar, batteries, smoke.

Ice Mint: Filter flavour composition: menthol; menthone; isomenthone. This product does NOT contain any of the following: Nicotine, tar, batteries, smoke.

Spearmint: Filter flavour composition: carvones; menthol; limonenes; vanillin; menthone; myrcene; eucalyptol; alpha pinene; beta pinene; trans beta caryophyllene; isomenthone. This product does NOT contain any of the following: Nicotine, tar, batteries, smoke.

What is the shelf life of your flavoured crush filters?

Our flavoured crush filters have a shelf life of approximately 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place. 

Can I mix and match the different flavours with different colour devices?

Yes, the colour of the device does not determine what flavour you can choose for example: You can purchase a Pink Panther Device and Blue Ice Flavoured Filters. It does not make any difference.

How often do I need to replace my device?

You shouldn't have to replace your device unless there is general wear and tear or your device has been misplaced. Because there are no batteries, the device has extended longevity.

Why is there no smoke?

The Easy Air device was designed to help the mental, physical and oral fixation of smoking and vaping without the harm of actual heated smoke, tar and nicotine.When inhaling air through the device, the drag is meant to give you the sensation of pulling on a vape or cigarette with a light sense of flavour in your mouth.There is no smoke that comes out of this device.Remember, this is not another vape or a cigarette, it is a device to assist in breaking your habit.

I'm not getting much or any flavour, why is this?

Did you remember to crush the filter to release the flavour?

It usually takes a few long, frequent draws (say 5 or 6) to get the flavour coming through. Remember it is very different to a normal vape which has a large release of flavour and heated smoke...Try adjusting the airflow at the base of your device by turning the bottom to open up and close the airflow hole. Do this while sucking air through your device to determine the level of flavour intensity.

Again, please remember this is NOT a vape, it does take a bit of getting used to so unless you're ready to quit and make the change, you need to expect the change in what you're used to.

Will the Easy Air device stop me from vaping or smoking?

Many people will ask: Will the Easy Air device help me to stop vaping or smoking and there are 2 very simple YES and NO answers to that question:

YES: The Easy Air device will most definitely help you to stop vaping or smoking if you are ready and willing to quit.It was designed to help the mental, physical and oral fixation of smoking and vaping without the harm of actual heated smoke, vape oils tar & nicotine.

NO: The Easy Air device will not stop you from vaping or smoking unless you are prepared to commit to giving up your bad habit. You have to be ready and want to quit.The device will help you through the physical, mental and oral temptations and create a sense of relaxation through the calm & managed breathing. With the vibrating ball, it creates a sensory element that gives you a sense of feeling that you are experiencing something. With the adjustable airflow, you can increase or decrease your level of pull strength which too, gives one a sense of pulling on a vape or cigarette.

The most difficult part of the transition is the nicotine cravings and withdrawals. Those that vape with 0 nicotine may find the transition a lot easier versus those who smoke cigarettes or vape with a particular nicotine percentage.

Having said that, we have had such wonderful feedback from customers who smoke cigarettes and nicotine vapes and have found the transition so much easier than going cold turkey and have managed to break their smoking habit. How long does shipping take for my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary based on your location. We utilize Pudo Locker to Door services for shipping within South Africa, with a flat rate shipping fee of R79.00.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at jenna@upmrkt.co with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis and strive to find a satisfactory solution.

Do you offer store pickup options?

Yes, we offer store pickup at our location: Crossfit Rising Oaks - Broadacres Shopping centre Please ensure to provide your contact number and email when placing an order to arrange for pickup. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
